Monoblock wall system

The monoblock wall system was specially designed for cleanroom applications of all types. For guaranteed durability and stability, 0.6 mm thick, galvanised, powder-coated steel plates are used as the outer shell. The core consists of polyurethane foam or rock wool as pressure-tight filling and insulating material. The panels are fitted all round with an integrated aluminium profile.

Depending on requirements, the panels are produced in widths from 200 to 1200 mm and heights up to 3600 mm. Greater heights can be supplied, although an additional static reinforcement of the design may be necessary.

The panel joints are sealed with permanently elastic silicone or acrylic seals.
We offer various technical solutions to route cables, ultrapure water lines, technical gases and other media lines concealed in the wall system.

The cleanroom windows are glazed flush and are integrated with the proven clip-in system. Glazing can be produced either in float single-pane safety or composite glass qualities.
Window sizes from 400 to 1200 mm width and 400 to 2000 mm height are available in a 200 mm grid. Special sizes can be supplied on request. The joint with the wall elements  is produced with a permanently elastic silicone joint.
The cleanroom window is supplied as a closed block, so that no internal dirt occurs during installation on site.

 

Mullion-transom wall system

The The wall system consists of a metal profile frame and industrially produced precise steel plate sections which can be very flexibly adapted to customer layout and design requirements thanks to their removability. Plasterboard panels with steel sheet and solid-core plastic panels e.g.. for wet processes, are also available as planing material.
The wall pattern has very few joints due to a  standard modular grid of 1200 mm and a standard height of 4500 mm. The sound and temperature insulation consists of 40 mm rock wool. The normal joint width is 3 mm and is sealed with silicone.
The metal frame consists of aluminium posts and ceiling and floor profiles, and together with the plank sections forms a very stable structure, so that the wall system can also be easily converted without damage.
The surface is powder-coated with epoxy resin, which produces an extremely resistant and easy to clean surface with a free choice of colours. There are no limits for the design of glass areas and door sizes, cabling and media routing.
